[¶ 1] Teacher Dan Sutera appeals the circuit court's decision affirming the Sully Buttes Board of Education's decision not to renew his teaching contract for the 1995-1996 school year. We affirm.

[¶ 2] Sutera taught in the Sully Buttes School District for twenty-four years. During the 1994-1995 school year, he was a full-time, tenured social studies teacher. Dale Schuett and Curt Strande also taught social studies in the school...
