The judgment of this court has been reversed, unpublished Memorandum decision filed May 31, 1995,1 and this case is remanded to the district court for further proceedings in light of the Supreme Court's opinion in Old Chief v. United States, ___ U.S. ___, 117 S.Ct. 644, 136 L.Ed.2d 574 (1997). The district court may consider whether any error found by the Supreme Court was harmless.
