OPINION

SHORT, Judge.

A jury convicted Randy Dale Folkers of second-degree intentional murder in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.19(1) (1996) and second-degree felony murder in violation of Minn. Stat. § 609.12(2) (1996) in the shooting death of Alicia Srozinski. The primary witness against Folkers, and the only eyewitness to the shooting, was Joshua Ploog, who testified in exchange for the state's agreement to charge Ploog only with aiding an offender...
