CUDAHY, Circuit Judge.

Edward Buchannan and Isaac Lee sold cocaine to a police informant. Several weeks later, the duo attempted to sell wax that they claimed was cocaine to an undercover DEA agent. When the agent refused to buy the wax, Buchannan assaulted him with a triple-beam scale and stole the agent's marked money. Ultimately, both men were charged with, and convicted of, distribution of cocaine, conspiracy to distribute cocaine, assaulting a federal officer...
