Benjamin Barney appeals a judgment of conviction for sexually assaulting a child contrary to § 948.02(2), STATS., and an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. Barney had pleaded guilty to the charge and entered into a diversion agreement with the State, which was subsequently revoked.
