The Missouri Department of Natural Resources ("MDNR") seeks a writ of mandamus directing the Honorable Joseph E. Stevens, United States District Judge for the Western District of Missouri, to vacate his order denying MDNR's motion to quash subpoenas duces tecum served upon it by litigants in a case in which MDNR is not a party. Because we believe that the district court's order adequately protects all privileged information, we deny mandamus....
