Bruce M. Stevens appeals a judgment of conviction, arguing that the trial court erroneously denied his motion to suppress evidence obtained after a "no-knock" entry of his home. Stevens contends that the police did not have a reasonable suspicion that knocking and announcing their presence would have inhibited the efficient investigation of the crime or endangered the police officers' safety.
