This is an appeal by Christopher Whetzel from an order of the Circuit Court of Hardy County sentencing him to one year in the county jail for the misdemeanor offense of being an accessory after the fact to second degree arson and also sentencing him to two consecutive terms of from one-to-five years in the state penitentiary on two charges of conspiracy to commit entering without breaking.
