Appellant Jesus Felix Gutierrez pled guilty to one count of conducting a continuing criminal enterprise, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 848. The district court sentenced Gutierrez to fifteen years of imprisonment. Gutierrez did not appeal this sentence.
