After a pretrial Wong Sun hearing, this court did not suppress as "fruits of the poisonous tree," the use of the names found on checks discovered in the defendant's wallet, after arrest, during the booking procedure. Consequently, the witnesses discovered from the checks were able to testify at trial.1
