KLINE, Judge.

Ginger Leftwich appeals a summary judgment granted by the Scioto County Court of Common Pleas in favor of Southern Ohio Medical Center ("SOMC"). Leftwich contends that the trial court erred by granting summary judgment because reasonable minds could differ as to whether Leftwich timely filed her complaint. We agree. Accordingly, we reverse the judgment of the trial court.
