The Monmouth County Prosecutor appeals the Law Division Judge's action in an expungement proceeding brought by respondent Emilio Blazanin. The judge treated what was Blazanin's misdemeanor conviction under Title 2A as equivalent to a present disorderly persons offense under Title 2C.
