Plaintiff Paula Wathen appeals from the district court's grant of summary judgment to her former employer General Electric Company ("GE") and three former employees, in this action involving allegations of sexual harassment. Wathen asserts claims under Title VII, and the Kentucky Civil Rights Act, as well as claims under Kentucky law for the intentional tort of outrageous conduct and for breach of contract. We...
