Donnie Ray Lockhart appeals his convictions for one count of possession of cocaine with intent to sell, contrary to K.S.A. 1993 Supp. 65-4127a; one count of possession of drugs without a drug tax stamp, contrary to K.S.A. 1993 Supp. 79-5204; one count of obstruction of official duty, contrary to K.S.A. 1993 Supp. 21-3808(b); one count of driving while not having his headlamps on, in violation of K.S.A. 8-1703...
