GREEN, J.:

Fifteen former employees of Mycro-Tek, Inc., appeal from an unsuccessful action brought against two former directors of Mycro-Tek for wages, accrued vacation pay, and penalties under the Kansas Wage Payment Act, K.S.A. 44-313 et seq. Specifically, the employees appeal the trial court's order granting the directors' motion for summary judgment and the order denying the employees' motions for partial summary judgment. We affirm.
