The petitioners, Jay Larose, Shawna Brown, and Richard Theriault, appeal the Superior Court's (Dalianis, J.) denial of their consolidated petitions for writ of habeas corpus, challenging the legality of their arraignments and bail hearings conducted by video teleconference because they could not make bail.
