Rogers Julian Kirk appeals his conviction for possession of a firearm as a convicted felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g). Kirk asserts two points of error on appeal. First, he complains that the district court erred in overruling his motion to suppress evidence unlawfully discovered.
