This matter is before the court on plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction to prevent the New Jersey Parole Board from informing his employer of his status as a parolee and the nature of his crime. After oral arguments were heard a temporary restraining order was granted preventing defendants from notifying plaintiff's employer.
