Dr. Eric A. Voth sued Larry D. Coleman, Mary C. Jackson, Rosie M. Quinn, Richard Carney, Hosea Ellis Sowell, and Dr. Arthur P. Taliaferro (defendants) for malicious prosecution. Coleman and Taliaferro moved to dismiss the action based on the applicable statute of limitations.
