KNUDSON, J.:

Inman Standifer appeals from the district court's denial of his motion to convert sentence ostensibly filed pursuant to K.S.A. 21-4724(d)(1). The district court summarily dismissed Standifer's motion for lack of jurisdiction because it was not filed within 30 days after issuance of a sentencing guidelines report from the Department of Corrections (DOC).
