Robert L. Miller appeals from the district court's1 grant of summary judgment in favor of Citizens Security Mutual Insurance Company on his age discrimination and wrongful discharge claims.2 Miller argues that the district court erred in granting summary judgment because there was evidence establishing genuine issues of material fact. We affirm.
