This appeal involves the "slander per se" doctrine. At the time of the alleged slander, plaintiff Thomas J. Biondi was Chairman of the New Jersey Board of Examiners of Master Plumbers (the Board). Defendant Antoine Nassimos regularly attended the Board's public meetings, apparently acting as a liaison between the New Jersey Society of Professional Energy...
