The plaintiffs, George D. Culotta and White Mountain Family Style Restaurants, Inc., appeal the Superior Court's (Conboy, J.) grant of summary judgment to the defendants, the New Hampshire Department of Labor (DOL) and Cynthia A. Paveglio, based on sovereign immunity. We affirm.
