William T. Brockman (Brockman) appeals from his convictions for a number of drug offenses.1 At trial, the state introduced into evidence crack and powder cocaine which Brockman's mother and sister found when they pried open the compartment of Brockman's moped in the presence of Greenville County Sheriff's Deputies.
