TOAL, Acting Chief Justice:

Appellant, Artamus Nichols, was indicted for murder and criminal conspiracy. A jury found him guilty of voluntary manslaughter and criminal conspiracy. Appellant and his codefendant, Faye Huggins, were both sentenced to concurrent terms of 25 years for manslaughter and five years for conspiracy. Appellant raises numerous issues on appeal. We reverse.
