("DHJ") filed suit against a competing hospital located next door in suburban New Orleans and the preferred provider organization ("PPO") which welcomed the competitor into membership and booted out DHJ. The district court granted summary judgment to the PPO, Southeast Medical Alliance, Inc. ("SMA"), and the competing hospital, Jefferson Parish Hospital Service...
