This is a medical malpractice case in which the defendants appeal from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff following a jury trial. The defendants claim that the trial court improperly (1) held that apportionment of liability with regard to a settled or released person was not an issue in the case, (2) refused to allow the defendants to introduce a portion of a deposition into evidence, and (3) precluded one of the defendants...
