Defendant-Appellant Victor Milledge ("Milledge") appeals his sentence for conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and appeals his conviction for "using" a firearm in connection with a drug-trafficking crime in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c). We find that Milledge's arguments have merit, and thus, reverse his firearm conviction, vacate his drug sentence, and remand this case...
