Martin denies that it violated Ohio Adm.Code 4121:1-3-10(C)(1) and (2), or 4121:1-3-10(K)(5). The widow-claimants disagree, and assert further violations of Ohio Adm.Code 4121:1-3-10(K)(6) and (8). They alternately dispute the necessity of award recalculation. For the reasons to follow, we affirm the judgment of the court of appeals in its entirety.
