The defendants, Halston and Janet Lenentine, appeal the Superior Court's (Groff, J.) order subordinating their mortgage to the mortgages held by the plaintiffs, Hilco, Inc. (Hilco) and Diversified Financial Systems, Inc. (Diversified). We reverse and remand.
