This is an action to recover damages for breach of contract brought by Bob Lisbon, d/b/a Lisbon Associates (Lisbon), against Heatcraft, Inc., d/b/a Advanced Distributor Products (Heatcraft). Heatcraft appeals from the damage award entered in favor of Lisbon after a jury trial.
