A jury convicted the defendants, Jorge Inocencio, Pedro Elizondo Garza, Homero Hinojosa Garcia, David Tovar2 and Oziel Alanis, of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute more than five kilograms of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A) and 846. Tovar and Oziel were convicted on other counts of aiding and abetting the possession of cocaine with intent to distribute in violation...
