PonceBank, a secured creditor, appeals from two orders of the bankruptcy court in the chapter 11 case of Memorial Products Company, Inc. (the "debtor"). The first order granted the debtor's motion to vacate the court's earlier order dismissing the case with prejudice; and the second confirmed the debtor's plan of reorganization.
