The plaintiffs, Edward M. Loiseau and Lucille G. Loiseau, appeal from the trial court's denial of their motion to open the judgment after the trial court granted a judgment of dismissal for failure to make out a prima facie case in favor of the defendant board of tax review. We reverse the judgment of the trial court.
