Goldberg appeals from a trial court order finding him in contempt for failure to pay child support as required by a prior stipulation agreement and from an order denying his motion to revise his child support obligations. Goldberg claims that the trial court erred because: (1) it found him in contempt when he did not intentionally fail to make child support payments after he lost his job; (2) it issued a punitive sanction for a remedial contempt...
