This matter comes before us upon a motion filed by plaintiff-appellee, Poppa Builders, Inc., seeking to dismiss the appeal of defendants-appellants, Mark A. Campbell and Henry A. Campbell, from the judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio.
