Charles F. Barnett, Jr., appeals from a protection from abuse order entered against him. Nicki Barnett, Charles' ex-wife, moved for an order protecting Nicholas Barnett, the parties' 13 year-old-son, from abuse by Charles. In addition, Nicki asked the trial court to change residential custody of Nicholas from Charles to Nicki and to award her attorney fees in this matter.
