Per Curiam.

The petition contains two charges of professional misconduct against the respondent. After a hearing, the Special Referee sustained Charge One and partially sustained Charge Two. The Grievance Committee now moves to confirm the report of the Special Referee. The respondent joins in the Grievance Committee's motion and argues that the sanction should be limited to a public censure.
