PER CURIAM:

This is an attorney grievance proceeding arising out of respondent's guilty plea to a charge of official misconduct in office, a violation of S.C.Code Ann. § 8-1-80 (Supp.1996). While a municipal judge, respondent improperly caused a Driving Under the Influence charge and a Driving Under Suspension charge to be dismissed. We have already imposed a public reprimand in the judicial misconduct proceeding based on this same conviction, finding respondent...
