KING, Circuit Judge:

Jimmy Lee Rasco and Marcus Milton were convicted of conspiracy to commit armed bank robbery, armed bank robbery, and carrying and using a firearm during a crime of violence. Rasco was also convicted of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and, because the armed robbery was his third "serious violent felony," sentenced to life imprisonment pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3559(c), the "three strikes" statute.
