We review the report of the referee recommending that the license of Robert Glickman to practice law in Wisconsin be suspended for 60 days as discipline for professional misconduct. That misconduct consisted of his failure to pursue a client's legal malpractice action and respond to the client's attempts to communicate with him regarding the matter and his failure to pursue a client's probation revocation...
