These two cases are before the Court on cross-motions for summary judgment on the fee applications of the debtors' attorney, Todd Halbert. In a previous opinion on these motions, the Court found that Halbert had failed to comply with applicable disclosure requirements, had a conflict of interest, and had taken fees without court approval.
