In 1986, the Baco Development Corp. (Baco) established two partnerships, Baco Wells Associates L.P. (Wells) and Baco Lenox Avenue Associates L.P. (Lenox), for the purpose of rehabilitating and developing two real estate properties in Harlem and converting them into condominiums.
