This matter comes before the Court on the complaint of Susan Netherton, David Netherton, and Omnicon, Ltd. (collectively the "Plaintiffs") objecting to the discharge of John Richard Baker and Grace Elaine Baker (collectively the "Debtors") pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2)(A) and (a)(4)(A).
