Craig and Anita Addison sued Charles Braud for violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA"), January 17, 1997, 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq. The district court granted summary judgment for Braud and dismissed the action. The Addisons now appeal.
