David Buck appeals from judgments of conviction for two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle; two counts of homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle; and one count of injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle. He raises the following issues in which he claims the trial court erred: (1) in denying his motion to suppress written answers he gave to a police officer from his hospital bed, without the benefit of Miranda
