Sandra Kay Miller, Jayco Enterprises, and St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company (collectively, Miller) appeal an order denying a request for an extension of time to file an answer, and a subsequent order directing default judgment against them. The appeal is based on Miller's assertion that excusable neglect caused the answer to not be filed on time.
