Per Curiam.

The petition contains five charges of professional misconduct against the respondent. After a hearing, the Special Referee sustained all five charges. The Grievance Committee now moves to confirm the report of the Special Referee. The respondent opposes the Grievance Committee's motion, but agrees that Charges Two and Three are sustained by a preponderance of the evidence.
