The City of La Crosse appeals an order vacating an interest arbitration award issued pursuant to § 111.77(4)(b), STATS.1 We conclude that the circuit court did not err when it vacated the award under § 788.10(1)(d), STATS.,2 on the grounds that the arbitrator exceeded his powers and failed to issue a "mutual, final and definite award."
