Defendant-appellant, Lloyd Williams, Jr., appeals his conviction on a single count of aggravated burglary, in violation of R.C. 2911.11(A)(3), a felony of the first degree.

An indictment was filed against appellant on the above count on April 18, 1996, in the Common Pleas Court of Jefferson County, the matter having been transferred from the juvenile division. Appellant waived his right to jury trial, and the case was tried...
